Okay I've been going at this weight thing for awhile and getting myself stuck on it all the time. I'm really stuck on that do I need to lose weight thing? But I guess the point now is no I don't need to lose weight but I do need to exercise so I'm more healthy. So I found this awesome little website with some good tips and tricks to help keep you going. It's free and it gives you a plan to start making your goals! It's a coooool place. www.sparkpeople.com_________________ Blessings, Valkyrie

Is it our fault that health and fitness is just so boring. _________________

I just get really lazy. Kinda sad since we have a very expensive treadmill at home so I can watch TV. Thing is, when I walk during the day, people *itch about my knee popping! Seriously! My Mom and sister will start complaining about my knee popping every time I take a step. I say, it doesn't bother me, why does it bother you?

People can be rather odd at times, some are just overly worred about others . . . at least they care about you! _________________ Blessings, Valkyrie

True. My Mom keeps mentioning I should become a CNA. Insurance...blah blah blah so to get her to shut up about it, I am this year.

I actually really liked going to the gym, when I could afford it. I am better motivated there than at home; I think it's the setting and schema that helped me focus and do what needed to be done, rather than to just goof off at home. _________________
