ok this is gonna sound very weird but about once or twice a week i have a nightmare about the grudge. anyone have any idea what this means?

it really does depend on the content. can you go into detail? are you watching the grudge on a movie in the dream? are you the villan? are you an innocent bistandar? whats happening? the scene?
next time you have the dream give a bit of a play by play. who knows perhaps just posting that you have been having this dream has given it enough recognision that it will go away for good.
